The Nerd learns that beating Bubble Bobble the right way takes more than one player. To reach the true ending, he has to bring in a very special guest. Together they blow bubbles, trap enemies, dodge Grumple Grommit (aka “Super Drunk”), decode the game’s bizarre on-screen messages, and grind through both loops to earn the ending most people never saw back in the day.
