Wow, I’ve never heard of this one and it looks like a fun game. It was released in 1994 – no wonder it didn’t found my attention because at this time I went on to the SuperFamiCom. Great vid – always fun to see you guys!!!

Now run a tournament with the following games:

    Solomon’s Key
    Wario’s Woods

You’d never make it out of the room.

    “1 more?”

The controls on the SNES version is way easier! You should try it!

Simon’s quest is my favorite castlevania haha.. Castlevania 3 is awesome too, though.

I remember playing this via Animal Crossing (that’s right, no cartridge, no emulators, ANIMAL FRIKKIN’ CROSSING ON GAMECUBE had this game!) and it was indeed hard to get used to. Hope Mike can show us how far he gets on story mode, I remember defeating four bosses.

Also, doesn’t “down” makes the things drop faster? I think there was a bottom for that.

I was never a big fan of this one. I had a hard time with the controls. I love Dr mario, but this didn’t really work for me.

I still don’t like tetris and that sort of stuff, not then and not now. But nice to see someone play it.

The SNES version was my jam. I was totally wondering why you weren’t picking up the entire stack, kicking the blocks, or dropping them underneath you until I realized you only have two buttons in the NES version.

Makes such a massive difference, especially getting those crazy combos, in the SNES version.
