Haha, the Sega 32X is always my favorite! “I’m playing Invisible Primal Rage!” They should totally make that game.
November 27, 2013 at 1:30 pm
I had it, and the same thing happened to me when I first tried Star Wars Arcade. “Space really is empty!” I thought, followed by “This game fucking sucks.”
November 27, 2013 at 12:51 am
I’m glad this video was made, I forgot about a few of those consoles. Holy shit are they not even bad, they are “terribad.” James this compilation does justice on how bad these 10 systems really were.
November 27, 2013 at 1:50 am
Makes me want to pull some of my old consoles that I don’t dare take out of the box.
November 27, 2013 at 1:54 am
I remember having a 32x in order to play Star Wars Arcade, which was awesome at the time. Think that was also the only game we were ever able to find that was at all playable or worth a shit. Hilarious that Tiger made the list twice as well.
November 27, 2013 at 1:31 pm
Virtua Racing was the other one.
November 27, 2013 at 3:04 pm
I never liked either.
On 32X I preferred Zaxxon’s Motherbase or Shadow Squadron or Space Harrier.
Most of the bad consoles have at least ONE good game that makes it almost worth owning. Even Virtual Boy and Jaguar CD have a FEW good games. It’s the consoles that have nothing that are the real worst ones.
James doesn’t have an NEC PC-FX to review, does he?
November 27, 2013 at 2:28 am
Can’t wait to see this!
November 27, 2013 at 3:31 am
I just knew the CDi and Jaguar CD would make the list, considering the former made you insane, and you took a shit on the latter.
November 27, 2013 at 6:36 am
I’m loving all the daily content! Keep going guys! You’re doing awesome!
November 27, 2013 at 8:57 am
I really hate those huge adapters… and the second controller that plugs into the first one would not have worked with my friends and I. We’d be cheating so much yanking the controllers from each other ha ha!
November 27, 2013 at 11:52 pm
Sega actually had their own power strip, it had outlets on both sides in order to have enough room for all three adapters.
November 27, 2013 at 10:41 am
James should have a museum.
November 27, 2013 at 10:49 am
3 huge fucking AC adapters on that thing… holy shit, I think I’d need an extension cord coming from an outlet in another room to play that thing
November 27, 2013 at 2:59 pm
Did you know Sega made a special power strip to remedy the situation?
Yes, a remedy for a problem of their own design!
This one lets you fit AC adapters side by side.
November 27, 2013 at 12:43 pm
did anybody see “the four players”? Must see on you tube!!!!!
Fuck! these consoles eat shit
November 27, 2013 at 3:25 pm
i wonder if james can get his hands on a nintendo64 DD to review. yes, there are reviews of it on youtube already but they are BORING. they suck. also how about the console by apple? remember they made the “pippin” like scottie pippen? these two would be very unique. i also think that mario paint’s sequel (mike loves this so he probably already saw it in detail) on the 64DD is awful. it’s like they took 1 step forward thanks to a new console and 10 steps back. it’s fugly and has shit music.
November 27, 2013 at 4:07 pm
The first 30 seconds of the Virtual Boy clip were fucking incredible. You should have done with it what you did with “Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde” and just made the whole thing silent. Because when it comes to the Virtual Boy, there are no words. You don’t need any.
Also, what the hell is wrong with the Coleco Telstar? That thing looks awesome!
November 27, 2013 at 11:54 pm
It may have a unique look but it dosen’t play well.
November 29, 2013 at 7:50 pm
That’s what I thought, but he didn’t do a great job of explaining it. 🙁
November 27, 2013 at 4:15 pm
That was great! Lol! I seriously thought the Virtual Boy was #1 but I completely forgot about your Tiger Games review and the R-Zone sealed it 😀
November 27, 2013 at 5:39 pm
Who else knew Virtual Boy was going to be second and the R Zone was going to be first?
November 27, 2013 at 6:07 pm
The R Zone one makes me laugh every time. 😀
November 28, 2013 at 9:23 pm
Yeah I know. When he first said it was the worst console, I was kind of like “Is it THAT bad?” but then my jaw dropped when he said it was a shittier version of the virtual boy. If that isn’t the worst counsel ever, I don’t know what is.
November 28, 2013 at 3:54 am
I was kinda hoping number one to be Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde! (I’m joking)
November 28, 2013 at 2:01 pm
the atari 5200 shouldnt be on this list…it has a few setbacks(like most systems do) but james reviewed the 4 port version of the atari 5200. they made a 2 port version that corrected a lot of those problems. granted the controllers were not very good, if u spend the money, u can get rebuilt controllers that wont go bad. that system had classic games, and the graphics at that time were great.

The reason your having trouble with the plugs is because for some reason you got sockets that dont plug sideways. that was a mistakeo n your part for buying those.
November 29, 2013 at 9:28 pm
Love all your work James. I think the 3DO was a good system though. It’s price dropped drastically not too long afterward and it was leaps and bounds better than anything else. Super Street Fighter 2 was amazing and it still has the best version of Road Rash to date. Ever put a music CD in a 3DO? It actually had effects that went with the beat of whatever music you played. It was awesome, way better than the Playstations version.
November 29, 2013 at 10:06 pm
Can you make instead a list the best Video Game Consoles.

Thanks for the video!
December 8, 2013 at 9:36 pm
ever seen those knock off emulator consoles at mall kiosks? I got one for $30 a few years back that was shaped like a fucking penguin. It was awful and featured mario, duck hunt and 30 terrible games from china and india. reallllly bad
December 8, 2013 at 9:40 pm
OMG I had the RZONE and VIRTUAL BOY. They we really shit
December 12, 2013 at 2:09 pm

December 13, 2013 at 7:30 pm

All those wires!!
February 8, 2014 at 3:41 pm
He should see the Gizmondo. Very limited game library, commercialism, Mafia involvement, and Sticky Balls. Let me repeat that; Sticky Balls.
May 28, 2014 at 3:10 pm
I agree all those systems suck fucking ass
July 10, 2015 at 10:25 am
You what an bad game system. Look at your DVD player. If it supports Nuon Disks then you have an bad game system.
March 9, 2016 at 3:13 pm
Using these dreadful consoles couldn’t have happened to a more annoying presenter. Perhaps Nintendo will yet come out with a Virtual Girl, and this guy will get lucky at least once in his lifetime…
