Definitely Mechagodzilla looking it’s best, but not much to say to this movie too.

Bit late talking about this one, but I’m surprised you didn’t mention the human plot. The one that I can only really describe as a “love story” between one of the mechanics and “MECHA G!”

That stuff made for some funny jokes when I was watching it.

My favorite Mechaagodzilla is by far the 3rd one personally.

Although it doesn’t throw out the history of the movies for Godzilla’s sake, it does do so for Mothra. This one is basically a direct sequel to the first Mothra movie (the old man you see is the same guy from the first Mothra movie) and throws out all of the other movies she’d been in. It was kind of funny to me that instead of throwing out G’s history as the trend had been, they threw out Mothra’s. Its sad that the cliffhanger ending didn’t get made into a 3rd movie, but I can’t complain too much as the next movie rocked hard.

no kidding about all of the monster destruction. i’m sure this movie isn’t all that since you didn’t give a moderately-time review of it.

The only movie i actually watched from start to finish since the 1998 ”Godzilla” was Godzilla 2000 (GMK does’t count since it was made by the Gamera production and movie crew). It just seemed Toho was forced to make these movies because the Emmerich ”Godzilla” tore Godzilla’s popularity.
