You can’t go wrong with Christopher Lee even in a film like this!

The original Wicker man is a timeless classic. It’s a dream-like horror-suspense that you certainly will never forget.

Woo! Can’t wait to see what you guys have been cooking up all year.
This seems like a strange choice for Modern Mondays… I was expecting something more from this century. 😉

Interesting. I have this on DVD and didn’t like it, either. Maybe I could give it another shot.

And so the Monster Madness tomb opens, releasing the funk of forty thousand years, for the last time.

Bitter sweet this is. Excited to see it, but saddened to see it go.

Gonna write this one down.. Brain damage was really good by the way, a very special movie. I honestly didn’t like much The Babadook, I thought it had too many clichés

I love October so much! Between Monster Madness, Fall itself, and all the Halloween spirit, it’s absolutely my favorite month! Been watching MM since the original in 2007, couldn’t be happier to be here for the 10th anniversary. Happy month of Halloween 😉

Same here. October is great. It finally stops being hot outside, the weather is cool and comfortable, it starts getting darker earlier, and I stay up all night long watching horror movies. I mean, I watch horror movies all year long, but it just feels more appropriate watching them in October.

Saw this movie about ten years ago in my early twenties. My friends and I thought it was unintentionally hilarious and campy. There were times watching this movie that I couldn’t believe it had any kind of reputation as a classic, we laughed all the way through this movie. I was a little embarrassed at suggesting it, since I thought it was supposed to be really good instead of bad/funny. but we still enjoyed our time watching it regardless.

I don’t consider it a horror film either, but it’s a must see for the reasons James described in the video.
