love mondays thanks to you cinemassacre! fun to see more gameboy!
August 3, 2015 at 8:25 am
But im still waiting for Metroid!
August 12, 2015 at 1:04 pm
You guys mentioned wanting to do more Game Boy games. Metroid 2:Return of Samus for GB is still in my top 3 games of all time.
August 3, 2015 at 9:27 am
Don’t play NES Metroid, play Gameboy Advance: Metroid Zero. It’s the same game, but better and some additional stages.
August 3, 2015 at 10:35 am
It is, but I think J&M are more nostalgic over the original .
Fusion is awesome. Some ass prime fan probably said that. Even Other M is awesome. Yeah, the story is rifftrax-worth cheese, but the game itself is awesome and is under appreciated. Metroid 2 and Super are my favorite.
Contra 4, hell yeah. That game is magnificent and perfect, it’d be so great to see you guys play it.
August 4, 2015 at 5:17 am
Not relevant to the video. but I just wanna say R.I.P. Roddy Piper. Had to watch the they live review again after watching the movie.
August 3, 2015 at 6:00 am
You guys rock, give “Gargoyles Quest” a shot. and FYI, “Super Gameboy”, when it came out, would automatically have a custom border and color on some gameboy color cartridges. this increased marketability and sales for both…..GAME ON!
August 3, 2015 at 6:23 am
http://www.3dscapture.com/ is the best way to capture 3ds footage that is what many youtubers do.
August 6, 2015 at 7:36 am
I just wanted to say that there’s also http://www.3dsvideocapture.com/ since that other store has sold out.
August 3, 2015 at 6:50 am
I know you’ve all ready done a Spider Man AVGN video, but Spider Man 3 was exclusive to Game Boy, and it was pretty terrible. It was full of clunky controls, blurry enemies, unclear objectives, and backgrounds that blended together when you moved, but it was also LJN… I bet it wasn’t the only one. It may not be bad enough for it’s own video, but may work in a comlpiation about bad LJN Game Boy games. “On the Runs with LJN”. I dunno…
Anyway, it’s cool seeing you guys play these, as always! More Mondays, more games! Thanks, guys!
August 3, 2015 at 6:54 am
By the way, Link’s Awakening is a lot of fun, and so is Gargoyle’s Quest. If you play that one, remember that you do not continually press the button in order to fly… That got me for the longest time…
August 3, 2015 at 6:58 am
Now that you’re on the subject, d’you think you’d do a video on games you guys like that aren’t generally considered good? Like a combined Top 10 or just a free-form conversation in the Nerd room. Would be good!
August 3, 2015 at 7:35 am
Would you do an AVGN episode on a Commodore 64 game?
Shitty fucking loading times. Most of them.
Judge Dredd is a piece of shit.
Mother-fucking Mercs doesn’t even load.
Defenders of the Earth? Defenders of a turd.
Ghostbusters – please press E? Doesen’t work. Please press my ass.
Creatures by Thalamus is a classic, but Nobby the Aardvark is longer than my knob and a hell of a lot harder.
Fucking Commodore. Fucking coma-bore. I’ve had shits that last longer than my patience when waiting to play one of these games.
Fucking shit ass fucking loading to play a shitty game that gives you three lives to finish the whole fucking labyrinth of a game or you have to start all over.
Please press PLAY.
Please press the shit out of my nipple turds, motherfuckers.
August 3, 2015 at 4:13 pm
ALF on the Commodore 64 is also terrible. It’s a completely different (and much worse) game than the Master System one. Also, the NTSC version cannot be beaten due to a game-freezing bug. (This may have been fixed for the PAL version, but I’ve only played that on an emulator.)
August 3, 2015 at 7:27 pm
Before he can do that, he needs a C64 that will never, EVER give him problems. Will never break, will never work only when it feels like it, never crashes, all games load perfectly. Willing to give him a perfect C64 (if one ever exists)?
August 3, 2015 at 7:46 am
Links Awakening please. That games a mindf*ck, and I want James to get his mind fu*cked. . . .
August 3, 2015 at 7:49 am
Registered just so I could bring this to your attention:
You want a bad Game Boy game? Try “Bamse”.
For better or worse, it was only released in scandinavia and I remember reading about it in a magazine where the reviewer gave it a 10 out of 100, pretty much saying it was the biggest piece of shit in videogame history.
(Yes, even worse than E.T)
In short, it payed no respect to the sourcematerial, controls were horrible, and the “dialogues” were just awful…
Keep playing guys, you always make monday a day to look forward to ^^
August 3, 2015 at 7:50 am
Also, try Links Awakening, James, its the best game in the entire series. 🙂
August 3, 2015 at 11:38 am
Wow, I thought I was the only person who felt this way.
August 3, 2015 at 5:58 pm
Good to see the praise for Link’s Awakening here. The game is indeed amazing; to me one of the best games ever made and by far the best GameBoy game. I still can’t believe such a game was possible on a simple system like the GameBoy, yet Link’s Awakening even manages to outshine it’s ‘big’ cousin on SNES regardless. Everyone should play that game and I too hope to see it on J&MM one day.
August 4, 2015 at 10:16 pm
This has probably been requested before, but you guys should consider doing Cave Story for a future episode of JMM. It’s Awesome! It would seriously fit right up there with the best NES/SNES games. It’s that good.
August 11, 2015 at 6:40 pm
Link’s Awakening and the 2 Oracle games on Gameboy Color (Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages) are all REALLY FUCKING good. Some of the best classic Zelda games ever made. If you love Link to the Past, you’ll fucking love Link’s Awakening (do the DX version, it’s better) and Oracle of Seasons/Oracle of Ages.
Also, Protip: Spread gun in Operation C is worthless compared to Homing.
August 3, 2015 at 8:05 am
use a DS emulator on PC, closest thing to playing a DS game on a big screen.
August 3, 2015 at 8:16 am
i used to record NES games and others, you just need a VCR and when you have the NES plugged into the VCR and the VCR plugged into the tv, just hit record and your done. im now 22
August 3, 2015 at 8:32 am
How to record or play Nintendo DS Games on TV: What you need is a capture card. From what I’ve heard you can pay someone to install it at the back of your DS so you can record your footage or play it on TV.
Bad Gameboy game: IMO the Castlevania game for the Gameboy is horrible because it is insanely difficult for all the wrong reasons.
August 3, 2015 at 8:35 am
How to record or play Nintendo DS Games on TV: What you need is a capture card. From what I’ve heard you can pay someone to install it at the back of your DS so you can record your footage or play it on TV.
– You could also use an emulator on PC. One of the best is called DeSMume and it works great with every game.
August 3, 2015 at 8:58 am
Hey if you guys are interested in playing more Game Boy games for the show, maybe you should try playing Pokemon Red or Blu version. I think it could be interesting seeing your perspective on it as someone who didn’t grow up with Pokemon like I did.
August 5, 2015 at 2:16 am
I support that idea, will be great to see you talking about those games. Or if you can get your hands on a Pokemon Green(a really obscure version of the original game) translated cartridge(but that would be to ask for too much).
August 3, 2015 at 9:16 am
I looked up DS capture options… this looked like a potential solution: http://3dscapture.com/ds/
August 3, 2015 at 9:30 am
Castlevania Adventure (plus Mega Man Wily’s Revenge and Ninja Gaiden Shadow) is pretty slow and clunky. For a near launch title for the original portable Gameboy it’s serviceable, but I suppose it falls under the realm of bad games. Castlevania II Belmont’s Revenge is much better, Castlevania Legends is somewhere in between those two. There is a version of Contra 3 for Gameboy that’s also very… squished. lol As for DS games, they are putting some of them on the Wii U Virtual Console for download, but the screen options are strange, and thus far no third parties have utilized the service (although all three GBA Castlevanias are on there).
August 4, 2015 at 12:07 am
Game Boy had a version of Contra III. Oddly enough it kept the two overhead stages from the SNES version that was cut from the Game Boy Advance version (and replaced with Hardcorps levels). The original GB version of Contra III was missing the fourth stage though (the motorcycle/sky level).
Speaking of Contra III, it was actually original announced as “Super Contra IV” and someone even found a prototype ROM of the game (though the only difference was that it had a crappy placeholder title screen and a few cheat codes that were in the Japanese version of C3 but disabled in the western versions).
August 3, 2015 at 9:50 am
Thanks a lot guys you dont disappoint me at my brithsday
Its seems now my friends split out in city to find gifts for me, and my girlfriend give me warning DO NOT EAT cake in refrigerator 😀 until my friends returns.
August 3, 2015 at 10:06 am
I saw somebody recommend this a while ago. I’m glad it was fulfilled! I think you should play Final Fight II on SNES.
August 3, 2015 at 10:17 am
Oh man, Tetris 2 was a load of shit on Game Boy, but it’s not exclusive sadly.
Also Waterworld was fucking garbage.
August 4, 2015 at 12:35 pm
I remember when Nintendo announced a Dr. Mario digital game (Dr. Luigi?) and they announced several new game modes. Guess I was the one who IMMEDIATELY noticed one of the “new” modes was just Tetris 2 with Dr. Mario pills. 😀 (which is odd, since Tetris 2 itself was basically Dr. Mario with break-apart blocks)
August 3, 2015 at 10:28 am
James and Mike, you REALLY should do an episode on Japanese Contra. It’s got fantastic cut-scenes, animations in the background graphics (it actually snows on the snow stage), and a cool stage breakdown similar to the Ghosts ‘N Goblins games. It’s the perfect presentation that make an awesome game epic!
August 3, 2015 at 4:19 pm
I can confirm that what @FirebrandX says is true. Also, someone made a hack that translates the Japanese version of Contra into English, so you can read the cutscenes, etc, that are unique to the Japanese version.
August 3, 2015 at 11:15 am
Link’s Awakeneing was the only Gameboy game that had me in tears. Lovely pick.
August 3, 2015 at 11:22 am
I use a modded 3DS, http://www.3dsvideocapture.com/
You need a Windows PC for the 3DS viewer program and a capture program like FRAPS or OBS to capture the video.
August 3, 2015 at 11:25 am
Forgot: or you can get a Nitro Capture Board that lets you connect a DS directly to a TV, but the 3DS capture board is cheaper and easier to get
August 3, 2015 at 11:27 am
I’m really glad you guys are going to be playing more Gameboy games, because as a kid this is probably the system I played the most. Also, you guys NEED to play Links Awakening, I’ve wanted to know James’ opinion of that game since Zelda chronologically confused, and it seems like nobody really talks about that game online.
August 3, 2015 at 11:34 am
CASTLEVANIA: THE ADVENTURE. You MUST review this game as the AVGN! This is the PERFECT Game Boy game to review; it’s horrible, original, it could have been a LOT better, it would be an absolute heart-breaker for the Nerd (as it’s worse than Castlevania II: Simon’s quest!), and it’s just in time for Halloween!
Speaking of which, I think you should also continue your multi-part Castlevania series, with the later games (even if that means breaking with the old-school tradition). With the DS Castlevania games, I know you didn’t like being in Castle Dracula the entire time, with the similar Metroidvania style, but in Portrait of Ruin, you can at least warp to “outside” levels, and in Order of Ecclesia, you get to travel through outside levels to there, just like in the games of old! Give ’em a chance, for the Nerd.
And lastly, speaking of DS games, the only route I can suggest, is downloading whatever Virtual Console titles you can, on the Wii U.
Hope this helps!
August 3, 2015 at 11:36 am
Some other great games on gameboy were Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, Mario Land 3: Wario Land, Kirby’s Dreamland 1 and 2, Kirby Pinball, and Ninja Gaiden. For the most part there really werent a lot of terrible Gameboy games, the only bad ones were the watered down versions of console games, and all the fighting games.
August 3, 2015 at 12:08 pm
Great episode, was there a review of Infiltrator(NES) somewhere that I missed? That game tormented me as a kid.
..Nice work McGibbits
August 3, 2015 at 12:29 pm
James and Mike, you guys might want to practice a little before filming a playthrough of Hard Corps. I still can’t beat that game after 20 years.
August 3, 2015 at 12:49 pm
14:20 Of course you mean without emulators, playing with an actual DS. I dunno if it was necessary to make that clear.
August 3, 2015 at 12:53 pm
please play super mario crossover 🙂
August 3, 2015 at 12:55 pm
oh and metroid fusion doesn’t suck.. but It’s one of my least favourite metroid games because it’s so linear :-\
August 3, 2015 at 1:21 pm
Week 10 of 52: I would like to request ‘Archon’
August 3, 2015 at 1:25 pm
Speaking of games to play on the GBA that are gems, something you guys might appreciate would be Wario Land 4. The music is amazing, graphics animated lovingly, power ups are phenomenal, and the boss battles are to die for.
August 3, 2015 at 2:06 pm
great to see you play some Game Boy games. i’m a huge GB fan, best console ever!
here are a few games that might make for good AVGN material:
August 3, 2015 at 3:02 pm
I would love to see you guys do a Mario Party game
August 4, 2015 at 1:05 am
Mario Party was such a pleasant surprise when it came out.
August 3, 2015 at 3:14 pm
How ’bout Wizard & Warriors ? Man, i loved that game when i was a kid. Did you guy’s ever played it? Maybe worth enough for a Monday.
August 3, 2015 at 3:19 pm
I really wish we’d get a new metroid.. Not Prime.
August 3, 2015 at 3:48 pm
Check out Godzilla for Game Boy. It’s the shittiest Game Boy game I ever played.
August 4, 2015 at 1:44 am
He did already.
August 3, 2015 at 3:53 pm
Also, if you google around you can find companies that sell modded DS and 3DSes with TV out capabilities. Get in touch with Game Grumps if nothing else, I know they have one.
August 3, 2015 at 4:23 pm
Fist of the North Star is pretty bad. Note that it is a different game than the NES game of the same name. The Gameboy game is a VS fighting game, while the NES one is a platformer.
August 3, 2015 at 4:25 pm
I got some shitty gameboy game suggestions. Castlevania the Adventure, Out of Gas, Double Dragon 3Rosetta Stone (arcade port, not NES port), Star Wars Yoda Stories, and Star Wars Flight of the Falcon on GBA.
August 3, 2015 at 4:46 pm
A whole AVGN episode dedicated to shitty GBA games would be great.
August 3, 2015 at 4:47 pm
Technical point James/Mike: the flash player you use seems (at least for me) to be painfully slow to load the video, compared to YouTube. I prefer viewing things on cinemassacre.com to support you guys but I end up going to YouTube sometimes because it’s just too slow. Is there any reason you don’t just embed the YouTube versions here instead?
August 3, 2015 at 5:45 pm
Mike, play it on an emulator on a smarthphone and cast it to a TV with something like a chromecast
August 3, 2015 at 5:50 pm
And you can hook up your Dualshock3/4 controller to that same smarthphone to play eeeh.
August 3, 2015 at 6:36 pm
This is pretty much the only way to do it. Run it from an emulator on a smart-phone (or iPad-like tablet) to a computer, and record it directly from the computer. There’s a lot of freeware programs out there to basically mirror what’s on the phone/iPad screen onto the computer screen. A lot of folks do this when playing freemium games like The Simpsons: Tapped Out or Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, to record them for YouTube.
Outside of some pretty heavy and intrusive mods to the system itself (which may destroy the system), there are no ways that I’m currently aware of to record DS or 3DS games.
August 3, 2015 at 6:47 pm
Contra 3 Alien Wars next/soon Please
August 3, 2015 at 6:52 pm
Damn listening to you guys. Please to Contra 3, Also for a special episode do Link to the Past complete playthrough like a multi parter those would be epic mondays. You guys are the best.
August 3, 2015 at 7:31 pm
There is no built in game capture option for the DS. The only way to get it to record on a screen as far as I know is to get a hardware mod for it that costs like 200 dollars (though this was a couple years back so it might be different now).
The way I had to do it before was actually get an emulator to stream the game I was playing. So, I purchased the game and the DS but then just emulated it so i could play it on Twitch.
August 3, 2015 at 7:38 pm
Man the Gameboy was classic. Used to love Mario Picross and Mario Land 2. Metroid Zero Mission and Fusion are both great, even if Zero Mission is just a remake of 1, and I for one look forward to whatever series you guys look at next.
August 3, 2015 at 8:20 pm
James and Mike or someone else, if you want to play a fuck*** piece of dog shit you should try Toy story 2 on Game Boy Color, a played when I was a kid, I didn’t know why I can’t beat stage one, I thought I was stupid, I thought I was doing it wrong, I was very disapointed by me, I learned from you there are an incredible lots of terrible, awfull games, so thanks a lot, you should also try Stuntman on GBA.
August 3, 2015 at 8:31 pm
I have to agree that Castlevania: The Adventure hits all the right notes when it comes to AVGN material. It’s a game that SHOULD have been good, but completely fails in every aspect except the soundtrack. Stiff controls, ludicrous difficulty, no sub-weapons, and game mechanics different enough from the NES series that it just doesn’t feel like a Castlevania game at all.
As for good GB games, Link’s Awakening is phenomenal. But I would also highly recommend Final Fantasy Adventure. It’s actually the predecessor to Secret of Mana. 🙂
I do have one question for you, though. Have you ever thought about doing an AVGN segment on mobile gaming? It might be difficult to find and near impossible to record, but I think it’d be amazing if you did a review of Castlevania: Order of Shadows. Simon’s Quest is a masterpiece in comparison. XD
August 3, 2015 at 9:51 pm
Mega Man Game Boy games!
August 4, 2015 at 12:22 am
Here’s a terrible exclusive Game Boy game I had as a kid for you to check out…
Bart vs. The Juggernauts. Good luck.
August 4, 2015 at 12:28 am
and the only real way of playing DS games on a TV/Computer monitor would be to get a modded 3DS with a capture board attached. There was a guy doing it on 3dscapture.com, but I’m not sure if he’s still doing it. In any case, you either have to mod it yourself with a kit or send your 3DS to someone to mod. There aren’t any publicly available ways to directly capture DS/3DS games otherwise unfortunately.
August 4, 2015 at 12:25 am
That’s funny, I bought this recently. I’m playing it in HD on my Retron 5. Great Game Boy game 🙂
August 4, 2015 at 12:53 am
Seriously James, if you’re a die hard Metroid fan, you HAVE to play both Metroid Zero and Metroid Fusion for the Gameboy Advance. They’re like Super Metroid on steroid. The best 2D Metroid games in my opinion.
August 4, 2015 at 3:30 am
I think an inevitable milestone for anyone who has been gaming for a considerable length of time is having at least one game that you enjoy that the masses don’t seem to like. I’m not even talking about what people term “guilty pleasures”, but games that you enjoy and don’t know why other people don’t like them.
Gameboy games are a great idea for James and Mike Monday. GameGear games might not be a bad idea either. Come to think of it, maybe series playthroughs would be a fun idea, or maybe playing through something like the NES Castlevania games or the early Mega Man titles.
If there is one Gameboy game I would request for J&M it’s Super Mario Land 2. I think that’s easily one of my top 10 favourite titles in the Mario franchise, and it’s quite underrated. Actually, there’s one more Gameboy title called Avenging Spirit, by Jaleco, that’s easily one of the most fun and unique games I’ve ever played. You’re this spirit that can possess any enemy in the game, which you will need to do to progress through the game. You have an energy bar that depletes while you are a ghost, so you need to possess an enemy ASAP. The enemies you possess each have their own life bar, and you have the opportunity to possess someone else when they die. I’m sorry to say I can’t think of any super bad Gameboy titles.
August 4, 2015 at 3:32 am
You may want to check this out:
One of your commonly used modders should be able to help out with it. If not, contact me and I will reach out to my guys.
August 4, 2015 at 6:48 am
Much like Nemesis, Castlevania the Adventure and TMNT, Operation C was Konami’s early rehash game on Game Boy. It was decent but nothing great.
August 4, 2015 at 10:02 am
I don’t want to be rude but how about playing the best contra finally? Contra: Hard Corps on Sega genesis/Megadrive?
August 4, 2015 at 12:47 pm
The stupid thing is the 3DS could’ve been fully capable of at least screenshot capture.
There actually is a screen capture button but it’s only allowed for the OS menu, not for games (though some games might have limited screen capture for specific in-game content).
Maybe developer consoles had full screenshot capture?
Though I suppose it would’ve been nearly-useless for cinemassacre, even if video capture was supported, due to the limited space of SD cards.
August 4, 2015 at 4:09 pm
You ever played “Hard Corps: Uprising” on XBox 360 (or PS3)?
I don’t know if it is true but i read it’s an Contra-remake/reboot.
August 4, 2015 at 4:11 pm
love your videos James & Mike, i played Metal Slug with some friends yesterday on Neo Geo. And i just thought it would be great watching you guys play those games =) such fun 2 player gameplay. Keep up the good work! peace
August 4, 2015 at 9:13 pm
Glad you’re finally playing some stuff on Game Boy.
I played a lot of Game Boy games as a kid, but the absolute worst is DRAGON’S LAIR. it sucks in so many ways, i think it deserves an AVGN episode! It’s a sidescroller, horrible stiff and delayed controls, no continues, almost impossible to beat (collect ALL life stones), but kinda nice graphics and creepy atmosphere. If you look at it, you actually want it to be good, but it’s just plain frustrating. And the worst of it all, it’s actually a rip off from a Spectrum game called ROLLER COASTER. They just changed the graphics and slapped a Dragon’s Lair logo on it. This game ruined my childhood. And I think you will also love to hate it, man!
August 5, 2015 at 9:24 am
if i remember correctly u can buy a capture card for the 3ds and its compatible with the normal ds games.
U couldt record them and cut the videos into youre reviews.
1 thing i dont know is, is it legal to do buy/ Install this?
Sorry for my bad English an have a nice day guys.
August 5, 2015 at 11:50 am
You guys really need to play Contra: Shattered Soldier for the PS2, it’s an extremely underrated game and it dumbfounds why it’s not better known among Contra fans.
August 5, 2015 at 1:12 pm
Austin Powers: Oh Behave! for Game Boy Color.
August 5, 2015 at 2:15 pm
Play a game called Gargoyles Quest. Its awesome.
August 5, 2015 at 5:44 pm
Hardcore is amazingly fun, but pretty hard. You can choose from four characters and they each have their own set of guns.
August 6, 2015 at 3:57 pm
Many of the gameboy games were watered down port-like versions of games on home consoles at the time, but the original exlusive ones were trult awesome! Especially RPG ones. Link’s awakening, Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages were my favorite Zelda games of all time and they were on GB and GBC!!
August 6, 2015 at 7:40 pm
Agreed, Metroid Fusion was badass
August 6, 2015 at 11:56 pm
James or Mike, Have you seen this Youtube clip of Contra VS Duck Hunt? I thought of you guys when I was browsing online check it out!
August 8, 2015 at 6:18 am
Many more Mondays! Many more GAMES!
August 8, 2015 at 4:45 pm
Did Mike botch the completely botch the konami code?
August 8, 2015 at 6:17 pm
Man, I totally forgot! Was going to write a post to Mike on this, but it slipped my mind. Seems like you and I are the only ones that noticed! 🙂
Speaking of which- Mike, the reason why you got the code wrong is because you added select and then start. Because it’s only one player, you just press start at the end of the code.
August 8, 2015 at 10:29 pm
Hey guys, since you asked for suggestions here’s one (dunno if it’s already been posted)
that game pissed me off so much as a kid
you have so little allowance on the time you gotta be perfect so it’s one of those memorise-the-game things
it’s also a where the fuck do you go kinda game
eh, I might be a bit hard on it in hindsight, but it was a right bitch i tell thee
at least you can get it cheap
August 9, 2015 at 1:03 pm
I can’t believe I forgot to mention this one.
If you can track down a copy, I think you should look at doing a review of Kid Dracula for the Gameboy. It’s a spin-off of Castlevania with a kid-friendly theme. You actually play as Dracula and fight against Garamoth (Galamoth from Symphony of the Night.) Even Death makes a cameo appearance.
It doesn’t play anything like a Castlevania game, but I’d be curious to hear what you and Mike think about how it fits into the Castlevania series, if at all. 🙂
August 15, 2015 at 5:12 am
Found this on ebay for recording gba and ds games. But it will cost a lot of money. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-IS-Nitro-Capture-with-Nintendo-DS-Extremely-Rare-with-Zelda-Cartridge-/151778348728?hash=item2356b1ceb8
September 6, 2015 at 6:20 pm
This would probably be a better experience on the GameBoy Player, since it plays, GB, GBC, and GBA games. It adds a bit of color to GB games too, I think. Fun video!
You guys talked about games you never got to play. You never had many Game Boy games? Well, I never had any Nintendo systems until Gamecube! So, I’m catching up on lots of stuff I never got to play back then. Loved the conversation and the gameplay here.
March 5, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Hi guys, You can record a DS game on screen by playing the wii U virtual console…It works great and you can see both screen of the DS on the TV. The only problem is that you have to buy downloadable version of the games via the E shop.
