Please ban Desotroah from the website, he is an annoying little bitch who needs to go fuck himself. Please if you can get rid of him.
March 18, 2012 at 9:07 pm
Is it Motherfucking Sunday now?
March 18, 2012 at 9:10 pm
Another classic cheesefest.
March 18, 2012 at 9:19 pm
I wonder if when that guy graduated from “Suck My Dick” University if he had to write a thesis paper on sucking his own dick… Do you think he got a masters degree?
March 18, 2012 at 9:44 pm
Immediately after this review, I search Netflix and I come up empty. Bummer, because that would have gone straight to the top of the queue.
Great review Mike!
March 18, 2012 at 9:51 pm
Just like I used to look forward to James’ AVGN videos at the beginning of the month, I find myself checking Cinemassacre every Sunday night/Monday morning for Mike’s Movie Reviews. Keep up the good work!!
March 18, 2012 at 10:35 pm
@Mike/Cinemassacre Mike, seriously, thanks for taking over the movie shit in James’ absence. Are you writing/editing these too?
March 18, 2012 at 11:42 pm
March 19, 2012 at 3:07 pm
@Mike/Cinemassacre Dude Mike, I look forward to this every Sunday night/monday morning, just like I used to look forward to AVGN episodes. Motherfuckin’ Monday has come a long way. I watched this and loved it. I am going through some very stressful treatment as my health is failing and my wife said it was the first time she has seen me laugh or smile in days. She was very thankful that I have something like Cinemassacre to keep my spirits up and something to look forward to. My treatment has taken its toll on me and its hard to look forward to anything between all the shots and pills and Doctor appointments, but by god any time I see you or James and a new video its like my little escape from reality. Its my “drug.” It might be the best drug that I have to take to make myself feel better during my treatment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Seriously Thank you Mike and James.
March 18, 2012 at 9:54 pm
This never came out on DVD in the U.S.
It’s available in the U.K. under the title “Dark Angel.”
March 18, 2012 at 9:57 pm
Nice. I honestly can’t say I have seen that guy in much but Rocky. The alien guy looked rather familiar though.
March 18, 2012 at 10:27 pm
Hey its Herman from Scrooged
March 18, 2012 at 10:29 pm
LOL, I don’t get though, why does he say he comes in peace while he’s murdering people? :S
March 18, 2012 at 10:30 pm
You should do Eye Of The Tiger with Gary Busey next, while James is preparing that A Boy and His Blob review…
@MotherfuckerMike I personally think that probably biggest role of Dolph Lundgren (besides his role in Rocky) is in “Universal soldier” with Jean-Claude Van Damme… that’s fun action flick too, if you haven’t seen it, check it out.
March 18, 2012 at 10:36 pm
they ARE starting to get better.
March 18, 2012 at 10:38 pm
Angry Video Game Nerd should host Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios !!! Watch my video and sign the petition !!!
March 19, 2012 at 12:10 am
March 19, 2012 at 1:32 am
@FloridaBoy I signed it.
March 19, 2012 at 11:29 pm
@Doogrisa @FloridaBoy Thank You Doogrisa!!! I wish I could get more.
March 18, 2012 at 10:46 pm
March 18, 2012 at 11:18 pm
Funny how solemn they can make the good alien death’s seem with that synthesizer music,
March 18, 2012 at 11:41 pm
This movie looks pretty good!
March 18, 2012 at 11:52 pm
Good Ol’ Dolph! Also liked him in Johnny Mnemonic as the Street Preacher =)But my all time favourite movies staring him has got to be Universal Soldier and Rocky IV =P
March 18, 2012 at 11:59 pm
Mike/James, I just wanted to make sure you guys know about a contest currently going on, it’s called “king of the web” and I think you guys have a shot at winning. First place is $7500, and all you need to win is the most votes. The website is http://kingofweb.com/
I wasn’t sure how to get your attention so I thought I would give you the 411 by posting this comment on your latest videos. It would be nice to leave a reply to let us know if you got the message.
March 19, 2012 at 12:33 am
This is awesome. I love getting to see reviews from Mike. Not only is he just one of those awesome guys who you’d love to hang out with, for the most part, he’s just as much of an expert as James is with everything. I’m sure there are a few areas that each know more about then the other but. Plus..Mike has been there from day 1. Hell, if it wasn’t for him, those very first AVGN episodes would have never been seen. So in a way, Mike is the reason James has become a superstar. And he’s played many characters in the episode. Anyway, awesome review, I love getting to see ones done by Mike. I’ve been a huge fan from the beggining.
March 19, 2012 at 1:02 am
you had me at ET feel good
March 19, 2012 at 1:03 am
BTW this movie is pure 80′s gravy
watch it back to back with Cobra after watching Rocky4 and you become able to shit solid gold bricks made of puppies with diamonds for eyes
March 19, 2012 at 1:04 am
the elmo one is your best work so far
March 19, 2012 at 1:09 am
i remember seeing this movie on TV one Saturday afternoon. and the alien extracting endorphin from people to sell as a drug has always stuck out as a good original plot device to me
March 19, 2012 at 1:13 am
Hahahaha, this movie looks awesome xD, never heard of it before though o_o
Hot diggity, this movie seriously looks AWESOME! Thanks, Mike.
March 19, 2012 at 1:26 am
“some assholes from outer space” I like Sci-Fi movies so I’ll have to give this a watch sometime.
March 19, 2012 at 1:33 am
Also ironic that he mentioned Mortal Kombat because I’m almost positive that the alien is Riaden from the first movie.
March 19, 2012 at 1:50 am
@JoshSilvis – Not sure who plays the Alien. But Raiden was played by Christopher Lambert who played Macleod in the old school Highlander movies, and its definitely not him.
March 19, 2012 at 3:45 pm
@Thundercles Did Lambert play Raiden in the second Mortal Kombat film?
March 19, 2012 at 3:55 pm
@Century Of Obscurity No. The guy who play’s Dexter’s father on Dexter played Raiden in the sequel.
March 19, 2012 at 5:07 pm
@Century Of Obscurity @Thundercles
“Heck no I didn’t!” – C. Lambert
March 19, 2012 at 1:54 am
The stuff 1990′s dreams are made of Mike, thank you metabolife…keep on trucking till the reviews cease sucking
(Although never have sucked, just wanted my comment to have rhymed cause I have always given a fuck
To me cinemassacre is like air, when I do without it I enter deep despair, at last I take in a heavy inhale, and feel free as inmate when he breaks out of jail)
March 19, 2012 at 2:37 am
I think you’ve found your “thing” here Mike. With the random, sometimes obscure releases of cack films. And we’re lovin’ every minute of it. Keep it up
March 19, 2012 at 2:53 am
holy shit! I actually remember my dad watching this when i was a kid. All i remember is the alien getting impaled at the end, and the line, “you go in pieces, asshole”. great stuff, mike.
March 19, 2012 at 3:18 am
Of university of “Suck my dick”, awesome! HAHAHAHAAA
March 19, 2012 at 3:32 am
In a way the only thing i dont like (sometimes) about the Cinemassacre movie reviews, is how the whole movie plot is revealed. Even the ending sometimes. I mean it would get people who dont like spoilers really angry, or it would ruin it for others that want to search for the movie and sit down and watch it.
But on the other hand, i think its impossible to do it other ways, and achieve the level of presentation u guys are doing. Also less content, means that u guys can make less fun of it during the review.
So dont change ur methods and keep up the awesome work guys! This comes from a person who has seen almost all the videos in here, lol.
March 19, 2012 at 3:37 am
I always come in peace. I just jerk off after my morning meditation!
March 19, 2012 at 5:13 am
I remember watching this movie some years ago, had the vhs awesome movie..I might need to track down a dvd copy.
March 19, 2012 at 5:15 am
This reminds me so much of a film called The Borrower. After Alien Nation, it seems every director with half a budget decided to do a movie involving intergalactic fugitives and/or refugees who invariably draw the attention of earth-based police forces – with one renegade cop who doesn’t play by the rules! This stuff just writes itself! *scribble scribble*
March 19, 2012 at 12:01 pm
@kaneda_bjf It goes back before that with movies like The Hidden.
March 19, 2012 at 5:29 am
I love this movie! And I totally agree with the blu-ray release..I think for now the best version of the movie is on DVD Region 2 which is at least widescreen format and I think is pretty good quality overall. That VHS you reviewed looks pretty horrid!
March 19, 2012 at 5:40 am
Hey Mike cant you have a Motherfucking Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well please ? Love your stuff man.
March 19, 2012 at 6:08 am
Dolph Lundgren Vs Tge Alien would have been a better title.
March 19, 2012 at 6:58 am
Am I the only one who thinks the alien kind of looks like Vigo from Ghostbusters II?
March 19, 2012 at 7:09 am
and you go in pieces asshole.
March 19, 2012 at 8:00 am
I’ve always thought it was weird the Lundgren has a degree in chemical engineering but always gets cast as the brainless meatbag.
March 19, 2012 at 8:45 am
that scene where the alien stabs the spike in womans head is brutal. sm like that you wont see in todays movies except for stupid movies like Saw, Hostel or that other stuff that Lionsgate produces.
March 19, 2012 at 9:10 am
This movie looks awesome! I need to watch it.
March 19, 2012 at 9:22 am
I saw this a looong time ago, I forgot this even existed. I need to see this again.
I think the short, pudgy white haired guy was in Scrooged as well as an old Star Trek episode… “Miri” I think it was called. “Bonk, bonk on the head”!
Keep the b-movies coming, man. I fucking love this shit.
March 19, 2012 at 11:40 am
He was also in Tango & Cash.
March 19, 2012 at 9:56 am
Isohunt here i come!
March 19, 2012 at 11:20 am
Perfect Strangers shout out, nice one Mike! Dolph Lungren has a nose for justice. And I’m a SMDU alumni.

Just dropping by to request Night of the Living Dead: 30th Anniversary Edition
March 19, 2012 at 1:52 pm
…he sounds like he says ‘I cum and piss’ :/
March 19, 2012 at 2:05 pm
AVGN should host Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights Part 2 !!! Please watch and thumbs up and sign the petition if you can. Thank you all !!!
March 19, 2012 at 2:57 pm
I cum in peas.
March 19, 2012 at 3:03 pm
@Firewall_Philip_Hanan I’m cumming piss!
March 19, 2012 at 3:36 pm
no, ur fuckin disgusting
March 19, 2012 at 3:25 pm
Ha, I remember this movie from when I was a kid, parents had it on VHS and I used to watch it a lot. Though its title was Dark Angel on VHS not “Come in peace” I know you mentioned that the DVD version has that title too but the same title was used here in the U.K. Was a good fun little movie and believe it or not, I remembered Dolph Lundrad from this movie and Universal Soldiers more than I do Rock IV.
March 19, 2012 at 3:29 pm
Seems like awesome fun but you SPOILED THE WHOLE MOVIE!!!!!
March 19, 2012 at 4:31 pm
@littleguy Welcome to the internet. May I take your order, please?
March 19, 2012 at 4:27 pm
Looked like Tarantino as the liquor store clerk.
March 19, 2012 at 4:53 pm
I accidentally downloaded and saw this a few years ago.. it was quite enjoyable.
March 19, 2012 at 5:00 pm
Love this Movie!!
March 19, 2012 at 5:01 pm
I think, you’re right. Dark Angels is maybe not a great but a really enjoyable movie and belongs to every collection of 90′s of classic syifi movies.
How my nickname says, I’m a German and I know this movie with its German synchronization. When I saw your review, I had to notice, how imprecise and uncharitable this movie was synchronized, e.g. the final words “I come in peace” and “you go in pieces” is in back translated: “I come in peace” and “you rest in peace!”
By the way, do somebody else know the movie Death Machine?
March 19, 2012 at 5:09 pm
Hey, bin auch aus Deutschland…^^ Death Machine? Kenn ich nicht… Gleich mal googeln…
March 19, 2012 at 5:11 pm
Kenn ich doch, lief glaub ich mal auf RTL2 oder so
March 19, 2012 at 5:21 pm

March 19, 2012 at 6:58 pm
@jasondynamite “They Live” was hillarious lmfao
March 19, 2012 at 7:34 pm
@jasondynamite GREAT MOVIE!

March 19, 2012 at 6:51 pm
This movie is always a movie I remember because of the huge one liner in it. Also I was a huge dolph fan growing up. I saw all of his movies. I was a huge fan of red scorpion
I remember watching this with my dad on VHS back in the day. The movie is actually pretty decent.
March 19, 2012 at 6:52 pm
and you go..IN PIECES!!!
“You leave in pieces.”
I saw this movie (again) less than a month ago, I used to watch it allmost daily when I was a kid!
This movie is really awesome!!!!!!
Somebody has watched a bit too many episodes of MST3K. Leave the riffing to the professionals.
this is a classic!!
I was waiting for this!
lol I remember seeing this when I was like 6.
i NEED this movie.
I just watched this movie. It’s one of my favorite action movies. That disc weapon is just so awesome.
I saw this flick (and The Punisher starring Dolph Lundgren) about a million times when I was a kid. Pretty much the epitome of badassedness!
thank you for mentioning the punisher!
Now i must see this movie.
yeeeeah Dolph! Go Sweden!
ive always wanted to watch this!
you’re converting me to watch low grade movies…first battle beyond the stars, now this?!
Upload to YouTube so I can watch on my phone!!
i have a psychotic love for this movie. it had me at ‘you go in pieces’
Does the AVGN movie come in peace?
It was called “Dark Angel” in the UK
Hah, I remember this movie. Watched it maybe a year after it came out.
Blast from the past. Thx bro:)
Absolute classic! “I come in peace…” “And you go in pieces!” Great companion piece to Split Second and The Hidden.
I liked this review, for once it seemed like you weren’t trying to be funny
I remember watching that haha
I miss the days when movies like this used always play on Saturday afternoons. I saw so many great bad movies that way.
you should review she a great movie from the 80′s it has everything in it.
Kick ass film, dolph in his prime
