I always wonder what made AVGN take off. The first episode seemed like just a sidenote; it was just a rant, and then it got huge. I’m glad it did though because Cinemassacre is really a great website, and has really fueled my nerdom and nostalgia on both the gaming and movie levels.

when ads come up on videos, I mute them then go to a new tab just like when they come up on commercials for television shows, I fast-forward through them or leave the room until it’s over.
please explain how that ad is going to sell something to me if i don’t pay attention to it?
exactly. so it doesn’t change anything if I block out it other than less wasted time for me.

Also……it’s 30 seconds…….can we really NOT sit through a 30 second commercial these days so that the person that is making FREE content can get paid a few cents?? I watch commercials AND I click on Ads …I want James to stick around instead of having to go back to a 9-5 job.
