Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Glitches (PS2)

This glitch when only few objects are showing is called interiors. When you're inside a building in VC (and any of the GTAs), your interior will be changed. The buildings are placed to interiors in every GTA. The SA placed them to exteremely high altitudes in an interior. The meaning of the interiors: you can't reach the inside of the buildings even if you teleport to that coordinate, you need to be in a specific interior ID. Why the SA placed those interiors to that high?: there's no window where you can look outside, or no enemies coming in, so it's not necessary to be on the same altitude as the original buildings are, however, in GTA IV & VC, it's on the same altitude as the outside ones, beucase enemies can come in, obviously. In interiors only the nearby objects are loaded. The terrain datas, however (water, land, some of the objects) are still there, but there's no objects on them. Probably the hotel on the beach has the same interior ID as the mall one has, that's why the part of the beach partly loaded. Also, Mike was in the water, just the texture of it wasn't loaded. The sand texture (which can be seen from the hotel, so it's loaded) comes into water for a few feet (as in real life).

the most memorable glitch in Vice City is the police car jumping from the top of the pay'n'spray. if you have a wanted level (the higher, the better) and go to the pay'n'spray in vice port, very often a police car would come from above the pay'n'spray.

This one is definitely one of the best Game Glitches Episodes yet. Driving the Purple Cock Jizz 600 freehanded and crashing into stuff without even moving an eyebrow... that is one cool driver X-D.

Also... Mike, when you're in the Nerd room and trying to get a C64 game to work and it won't... type RUN and hit Return.

There's a glitch in san andreas much like these ones. If you park a car in front of the gym in Los Santos, and walk in to the gym on top of your car, and then walk back out, you end up in a blue world. If you take a step you fall for a while then the world comes back. It's like an acid trip.

I remember a glitch where you could double the ammo for any gun.

First, you have to select the gun you want more ammo on, then go to one of the rampage missions, take it, then just let time run out. When it does, it'll double the ammo of the gun you were holding. I don't know if its all rampage missions, but the one in Little Haiti does it.

Why would you want to play vice city on PS2 anyway? the times of consoles were over by then.

For second glitch, you get behind the polygons. there are many places where you can get in there in all 4 3d san andreas games. The triangluar patch ogf glass is simply a forgetting to make it solid. the return to middle of street is safe-way agianst such bugs so you dont get stuck. they knew they had a lto of those. still my favourite is walking underwater.

Also there's that glitch where you have the closed bridge and if you use a motorcycle to go EXACTLY at the middle of the gates, you can get to the closed-off island that you can open later in the game...

the water fountain glitch reminded me of highschool of the dead lol

Regarding the comment in the video that seeing a motorbike ride horizontally in real life would be cool, google 'wall of death'. While I don't suppose they could manage it in a water fountain, it is possible to get the same effect in something a bit bigger!

That's a great glitch video. I didn't know about most of these. Really, the motorcycle glitch seems really helpful! Who knows what tricks and craziness we could pull off now that we can't fall off the bike! Thanks, Mike!

whoops sorry about the double post but i think i found a glitch here lol I posted the first time found a mistake in what i typed tried to remove the post and repost with the mistake fixed and for some reason it wouldnt delete the first post

I found a couple of glitches in Modern warefare 2 on the X360 both in the same mission, forget what its called but its the mission where you have to take the docks so Price can hijack the submarine. the first one is when your first predator drone is shot down and you slide down the hill, soon after, before soap tells you theres another predator drone on site you can press the right directional button and use the predator again really comes in handy against the swarm of bad guys that come running through the houses at you, the other one i found by fluke and dont know if its repeatable but just before price takes the sub and you make your way up the guard tower, 2 troop carrier trucks pull up, if you can take them both out before they come to a stop with the predator, later on when a 3rd truck shows up it will almost ramp the destroyed trucks and be almost on its end and get stuck there, the troops will still get out of the truck though.

I really like the glitch videos. Mike does a great job here, good to see him with his own video series. He must be the complete opposite of James' AVGN character, patiently working to show us all those glitches. They should do a special with the AVGN trying to make a glich video and completely freaking out. :-D

PCJ probably stands for primitive collections for Java, a tool used by programmers to array data sets..... undoubtedly an insider joke for the game programmers.

In GTA3 you can stand under a bridge and watch the police cars jump down, also you can win the race by blowing up the opponents with bazooka, they fixed it in vice city, suckaz.

Grand theft auto san andreas has lot's of tricks like flying moving cars with mind powers running extremly fast to out run the army it also has leatherface bigfoot nemesis from resident evil 3 and more especially pigsy from manhunt

YES... One of my favorite games of ALL TIME. I remember wayyy back when, in the height of my GTA: VC playing days that I had every single street, store, safe house, etc memorized. It was like living in my own world. The good ol' days.

You forgot one. Drive a golf cart or motorcycle into the Malibu club and the whole club along with everything in it turns invisible.

The best glitch is in the PC version: you can aim the gatling gun in any direction! I killed Vance or Vince or whoever before he made it to the roof in the final mission!
