May 6, 2011 at 3:11 am

May 6, 2011 at 3:59 am
This was one of the best things I have seen this year, it was close to the
movie True Grit actually.
Do you have any more ideas for the “Chronologically confused
May 6, 2011 at 4:03 am
I found one “Squirrel” someone make that movie!!
May 6, 2011 at 4:14 am
This is hilarious, I agree that pretty much nearly every word has been made into a movie now. You should watch this, it’s similar to what James and Mick were just doing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ekLO8BwxwE

New format of Overanalyzers?
Its much better now.
May 6, 2011 at 4:44 am
The funny thing is, “I Don’t Give A Damn” is considered a classic, and it’s Hebrew title is probably closer to “Doesn’t Give A Fuck”!
May 6, 2011 at 4:50 am
Man that is hilarious, reminds me a lot of some of the old fawlty towers aswell.
May 6, 2011 at 5:02 am
That was pretty cool. It didn’t seem /cheap/ and it flowed well. Good job!
Mike has lost weight, and he seems to have lost his camera shyness.
He should be in more videos.
May 6, 2011 at 5:09 am
LOL this video is VERY funny!! =) Great job, guys!
May 6, 2011 at 5:20 am

And thanks for bringing the favicon back.
May 6, 2011 at 5:30 am
James Rolfe: The Human Movie Dictionary.
May 6, 2011 at 5:36 am
What a great idea for a sketch!
I liked it.
I also agree, that Mike should be in more videos.
May 6, 2011 at 5:53 am

May 6, 2011 at 6:06 am
Love the theme song, maybe you could use that in other videos too.
May 6, 2011 at 6:07 am
Ewww, that Crispin Glover movie is so very very wrong, but I would like to see that Jack Nance documentary.
May 6, 2011 at 6:14 am
That was clever, actually.
May 6, 2011 at 6:31 am
I sometimes write short stories, and sit around trying to think of an original name for the story. I don’t know if I should feel relieved to know its damn near impossible, or pissed, because now I’m going to have the think alot harder. I guess If I make the titles really really long….
May 6, 2011 at 7:09 am
No movies under The Sidewall Duckbutter.
May 6, 2011 at 7:14 am
May 6, 2011 at 7:16 am

I always loved the old, “Who’s on First?” bit. Great tribute, guys!
May 6, 2011 at 8:34 am
sorry, gave up on this video half way through, it’s pretty pointless in concept and not remotely funny (if it’s trying to be)…
May 6, 2011 at 9:08 am
Major props for the Abbott and Costello reference – really didn’t see that coming.
May 6, 2011 at 9:09 am
there was a moment where i was like “are they really doing this right now?” and then it got really silly. i approve!
May 6, 2011 at 9:15 am
Awesome video. Pretty hilarious !

May 6, 2011 at 10:00 am
That’s fucking hysterical xD
May 6, 2011 at 10:13 am
I bet sooo many guys has said this already, but the ending reminds me of this few years old video, which I, as an MMO gamer saw back then, and it’s called Who’s the tank, you might wanna check it out too Playing around with the names just like in this vid
May 6, 2011 at 10:16 am
LOL! That was great XD
It flowed really well too, very nice job guys!
May 6, 2011 at 10:26 am
Clowny clown clowns
May 6, 2011 at 10:27 am
This was hilarious! It reminds me of that scene in Dude Wheres My Car “What does mine say” only that wasn’t funny. James and Mike’s was awesome!
May 6, 2011 at 10:37 am
Oh man, the look in Mike’s face, hilarious
May 6, 2011 at 11:04 am

May 6, 2011 at 11:52 am
Lol I really liked this guys, funny I didn’t read the description til after but the whole time was like ‘this feels really familiar….’. Abbot and Costello meet the Mummy scared the pants off me as a kid. And I didn’t know THIS existed til I just noticed…oh God!…..
May 6, 2011 at 11:56 am
hahaha, it is weird how one can get confused with movie titles… and where’s the new AVGN episode? i need my monthly dose!! :S
May 6, 2011 at 12:11 pm
Classic guys, really really funny!!!!! Awesome job!!!!!
May 6, 2011 at 12:12 pm
Great take on the Abbott and Costello gag!
May 6, 2011 at 12:16 pm
Hahaha, very good!!!
May 6, 2011 at 12:18 pm
Haha, that was fucking funny.
May 6, 2011 at 12:43 pm
Oh god XD
But i get your point.
May 6, 2011 at 12:58 pm
James has said that the AVGN is on hiatus for a while so that he can work on other projects and also the AVGN movie. Episode 101 was the last new video for a while, possibly until the movie comes out, so you will just have to live without you “monthly dose” or just rewatch some older videos.
May 6, 2011 at 1:04 pm
Funny stuff guys!
May 6, 2011 at 1:08 pm
That was pretty funny and all, but it seemed kinda rushed.
May 6, 2011 at 1:13 pm
that was really fun …. LOL
May 6, 2011 at 1:38 pm
That has to be the longest Abbott and Costello routine of all time.
May 6, 2011 at 1:57 pm
whose on first?
May 6, 2011 at 2:02 pm
I would appreciate lower resolution versions of the videos for people with older hardware.
May 6, 2011 at 2:08 pm
This were feckin’ AWESOME xD more more!!
May 6, 2011 at 2:15 pm
Now you guys are gonna have to do some stuff like James and Mike meet the Invisible Man or James and Mike meet Frankenstein.
May 6, 2011 at 2:36 pm
How on earth did you both manage to keep a straight face? xD
May 6, 2011 at 2:38 pm
haha hilarious, and somehow i get the feeling that could have gone on forever
May 6, 2011 at 2:55 pm
Nice Abbot & Costello reference.
May 6, 2011 at 3:14 pm
great……more out of character AVGN……heeeeeeeere we goooo
May 6, 2011 at 3:25 pm
Haha, classic stuff you guys. You two make a great comedic duo. it’s a fun thing to when visiting IMDB, type in a random word or saying and seeing if a movie title pops. If you can stump IMDB, you win! But so far, it’s impossible to win, as billions of movies have been made over the years. Great video, it’s cool to see you do something besides AVGN, even though I love AVGN.
May 6, 2011 at 3:32 pm
but, …. Who’s on first?
May 6, 2011 at 3:47 pm
That was an awesome throw back to the bud abbott and lou costello films.
Nice update for the modern times guys. I had some good laughs.
You should do a review of their movies
May 6, 2011 at 3:53 pm
There isn’t a movie called “herpes” on IMDb. Lol.
May 6, 2011 at 4:30 pm
Haha, this was great! Reminds me of “Who’s the Tank?” Keep up the random videos!
May 6, 2011 at 4:39 pm
I can’t believe you didn’t look up “Fuck” in this video.
May 6, 2011 at 4:58 pm
This one is great. More like this one please!
May 6, 2011 at 5:14 pm
Awesome, guys. That was very entertaining, do something like this again. I’m going to play that IMDB game now. Thanks for posting.
May 6, 2011 at 5:18 pm
bravo!!! nicely done, very clever.
coulda maybe had the conversation get heated with the frustration of the misunderstanding and then one of you gets your ass kicked . still good tho.
May 6, 2011 at 5:22 pm

May 6, 2011 at 7:12 pm
lol kinda a lame version of whos on first imo but great job anyways
May 6, 2011 at 7:16 pm
Nice “Who’s on first” nod
May 6, 2011 at 7:19 pm
lol some one should make a meme with mike’s face on the very last frame and call it WTF face XD but anyway great job James excellent video
May 6, 2011 at 7:42 pm
James, you never seize to amaze me with your creativity!
May 6, 2011 at 7:48 pm
May 6, 2011 at 7:54 pm
May 6, 2011 at 8:03 pm
Oh I see what you did there!
For those of you who don’t get it:
Just another example of trolling with words ^^
May 6, 2011 at 8:17 pm
antidisestablishmentarianism: No matches, imdb, I am disappoint.
May 6, 2011 at 8:23 pm
u know it could be funnier if Mike beat up James for confusing him so much but thats my opinion.
May 6, 2011 at 8:43 pm
Who’s on first.
May 6, 2011 at 8:45 pm
Epic short! The two of you guys together are great, so I’m glad to see another short with the two of you just discussing something and making jokes.
This was a brilliant idea. At first I thought it was going to be a little more serious, like a look at some of the strangest movie titles made, but this was hilarious. As soon as Mike starting asking about What, I knew what was happening. It was also a really great string and it almost felt like a natural progression through the different titles and reactions.
Also, the beginning reminds me of “Deviant Art Roulette”, which is where you type a random word into Deviant Art’s search and see how many pages it takes to find porn/furries.
May 6, 2011 at 8:51 pm
I found this hilarious, good job guys. It’s good to see you guys making so many videos together, whether they are for comedy or just remembering old nostalgic stuff, always entertaining.
May 6, 2011 at 9:09 pm
why didn’t james’ words get parsed into movie titles, only mf mike’s, i’ll bet james accidentally said many movie titles
May 6, 2011 at 9:27 pm
LOL… but who’s on first? Thats what I Wanna know…
May 6, 2011 at 9:35 pm
Nice job on this video, guys. You sure know alot about comedy.
May 6, 2011 at 9:49 pm
BEST. VIDEO. EVAH.
May 6, 2011 at 9:53 pm
just for fun, i searched “fuck” on imdb, and got over 50 results, many of them simply titled “Fuck” and many with the word fuck in the title. That, is some fuck!
May 6, 2011 at 10:07 pm
you should have searched a movie called turds or twat, i really doubt it exists hahaha
May 6, 2011 at 11:20 pm
Want a really absurd name? I’m amazed at how nobody has really made fun of this movie’s ridiculous title.
Precious: Based on the novel “Push” by Sapphire
What a clusterfuck of a name, there have been some really dumb subtitles out there, but this one just takes the cake. It’s like they just had to make sure you absolutely understood the movie was based on a book, and who wrote it, as if it’s critical to the plot that you step aside after each scene and think, “Hmmmm, I wonder what that would have been like in the novel “Push” by Sapphire”
Not only that, you might remember this movie got a lot of major award nominations, and every single time it was up for an award, the presenter would state the entire silly name and somehow not crack a smile.
How about we just go and rename all our movies so we know what was based on a book and what wasn’t, I’d like to go see “The Lord of the Rings: Based on the novel series “The Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolkien the man who wrote “The Hobbit – The Fellowship of the Ring: Part One of the Trilogy”.
May 6, 2011 at 11:29 pm
Really did you guys just do the who’s on first joke? REALLY?
May 6, 2011 at 11:50 pm
Nice take on a old classic joke.
May 6, 2011 at 11:51 pm
I agree with Nileman. Over-the-top hysteria like the original where Abott and Costello both get extremely mad at eachother.
Maybe STANDING UP from the couch for starters! I never get mad sitting down. I’d have been RED in the FACE if I didn’t KNOW JACK about WHAT was going on!!
May 7, 2011 at 12:05 am
Best intro ever! THIS, this should be the Overanalyzers show.
May 7, 2011 at 12:51 am
I wanted to punch you in the face, James, but I loved it!
May 7, 2011 at 12:52 am
Nice work Ass-bot and Cock-stello’
May 7, 2011 at 12:54 am

May 7, 2011 at 1:30 am

May 7, 2011 at 1:31 am
It’s like the talk about the clubs on How I Met Your Mother!
