James has said that the AVGN is on hiatus for a while so that he can work on other projects and also the AVGN movie. Episode 101 was the last new video for a while, possibly until the movie comes out, so you will just have to live without you “monthly dose” or just rewatch some older videos.

Epic short! The two of you guys together are great, so I’m glad to see another short with the two of you just discussing something and making jokes.
This was a brilliant idea. At first I thought it was going to be a little more serious, like a look at some of the strangest movie titles made, but this was hilarious. As soon as Mike starting asking about What, I knew what was happening. It was also a really great string and it almost felt like a natural progression through the different titles and reactions.
Also, the beginning reminds me of “Deviant Art Roulette”, which is where you type a random word into Deviant Art’s search and see how many pages it takes to find porn/furries.

What a clusterfuck of a name, there have been some really dumb subtitles out there, but this one just takes the cake. It’s like they just had to make sure you absolutely understood the movie was based on a book, and who wrote it, as if it’s critical to the plot that you step aside after each scene and think, “Hmmmm, I wonder what that would have been like in the novel “Push” by Sapphire”
Not only that, you might remember this movie got a lot of major award nominations, and every single time it was up for an award, the presenter would state the entire silly name and somehow not crack a smile.
How about we just go and rename all our movies so we know what was based on a book and what wasn’t, I’d like to go see “The Lord of the Rings: Based on the novel series “The Lord of the Rings” by J.R.R. Tolkien the man who wrote “The Hobbit – The Fellowship of the Ring: Part One of the Trilogy”.
