A billion years seems excessive.
How did they make a book of Bases Loaded II?

This book is better than the twilight saga, and is pretty enjoyable.

I can’t believe you actually finished it!!! I thought you were gonna sneeze there near the end for sure. Ha.

Wow i can’t believe i actually sat here and watched all of these. You could make some cash as a storyteller James. Just grow out an old British dude’s mustache and a pork-pie hat and your the next George Carlin.

Wow, I actually sat here and listened to the whole book. Now I really want to play Megaman so I’m gonna do that. The best part of the book, though, was when Megaman didn’t feel like getting hit. Haha!

Did they say the same game hint twice?
And the end was hilariously cheesy.

I can’t believe I actually kinda enjoyed this! I guess it’s cause I like ya a lot…now don’t take that the wrong way.
I really hope you get the above referenced quote and don’t think a I’m a creeper. ha.
P.S.- Your cat is awesome and I enjoy his/her cameos in your films.

And that’s it……. He didn’t feel like getting hit…so he ducked…
June 11, 2011 at 8:26 pm
That was awesome! I think every book should play 8-bit music when it starts getting intense. I am in the mood to play Mega Man now, though. I guess it’s about time anyway. You should read some of the other WOPs. That would be pretty sweet. Anyway, thanks for the craving! XD

Excellent! Thanks for taking the time to read us the whole thing!
December 18, 2011 at 8:47 pm
Wow, that was the nerdiest thing the nerd ever filmed!

I’d like to comment on how cheesy and relatively poorly written it was, but I have to keep in mind it was written for little kids, and I sat and listened to the whole thing. Really seems like Megaman, being freed from cold, logical algorithms should have had some inner monologues contemplating his path. Maybe had some doubt or exhaustion creep into him, maybe experience hunger… The writer really didn’t have much imagination with it.
Then again, maybe that was part of the point. The Mortal Kombat book was a full sized book (while I haven’t read it to check if it was much better), and this one was designed to be short. All and all, I have some fairly solid writing skills, and if I was given a year to work on it and was paid to do it, I could have made it more interesting. After all, Megaman felt pain and hot, and tired, but seldomly did he feel sad, angry, or much of anything, and what he did feel had no body language; he might as well have stood a robot in the story
Of course, none of this is Jame’s fault, he is just reading it. Cool story bro. *Thumbs up*

They should make a video game out of this book.
But seriously, I love how aware the author is that the Metal Blade is far too powerful.
When I get off work I’m playing mega man 2. In the order prescribed by the book.

The order prescribed by the book is ASS!

This was f-n epic! If only they did cover all the games in the franchise the similar way… all 9000 of them.
It was the best bedtime story I ever heard. Thanks James.
