Here’s a little Hint on the 5th stage for ya, AVGN.
This multilevel stage has a sub-task: Find magical nitro and mandragora and put them together to blow open two rickety walls. The catch is this: When carrying nitro, you can’t jump, attack, or take any hits, so carrying it from the top to the bottom floor is a task. A mutated lizard man, who resides on the top floor, will give you the key to the Mandragora room on the bottom floor. The rickety wall on the top floor must be blown up first to get to reach and align the angel statues to remove Dracula’s seal. After blowing up the bottom wall, you can open the way to the next stage–after fighting two bosses first. Depending on the character you’re using, the second boss will be different.
OK, its generally funny to watch idiots play with the Nitro, specially since we spent hours just blowing Carrie up for being such a useless piece of shit, but when u seriously quit the fucking game because u can’t figure it out u deserve a kick in the face. Have u tried interacting with the wall. Thats generally how these things work, and after u get one, u place it at the wall, then go get the other. Though I always wondered why the nitro didn’t explode when u brought the Mandragora in the room with the nitro, its like bringing a lit match into a room filled with gunpowder. Arguably its because its in its jar but then why not carry them together if they’re both in their jars? Like I said, useless piece of shit.
You just have to press c-left to drop the nitro. It´s strange that avgn didin`t figure that out. Also Castlevania 64 isn´t a bad game. It´s just more like classic Castlevania: hard game.

if you didn’t like it play the much better original version Chi no Rondo cause you get Maria Renold and better final boss and better stages

i loved that game as a kid =/ i beat it without much of a problem… time to replay it
