Those little balls were so easy to loose. Hence why it was a good idea to shut the doors, and block off anything they can roll under while playing it.

I still got one of the catapults, the cannon, and the crossbow. As for the rest of it, it's in the garage... somewhere.

i just received this game, in good condition(except rubberbands).

holy fuck i used to have this thing! nobody ever came over to actually play it though but id still set it up and just shoot balls all over the place....ok that came out wrong....

This is why Crossbows & Catapults came out to replace this game... B/C you didn't have to set up landscape pieces. It was all just plastic discs rubber bands & plastic castles... AWESOME GAME NONE THE LESS...

I have this game, well a different version of it with a small base with three slots and a larger wooden base with 6 slots. I don't think I actually ever played it. I would always just set up the figurines and blast them with the catapults.

These are much better now that Mike just acts like himself instead of playing a character.

After Watching this i've been and got a used copy off amazon, It is a great game. Thought I'd mention that you've set the weapons up wrong, the attacking army gets the cannon and the defenders get the crossbow. Worst part is trying to take out the general in the far tower it's near impossible and highly frustrating.

Weird, I have the exact same game but it's called Siege instead? Was this re-released under a different name later, or is it just a Canadian thing?
I played this with my brothers all the time as a kid, and god damn those balls would always get lost.

OMG. Me and a friend used to play this game all the time. We played it for hours and almost all through the night. We switched sides every game just to be fair. The game was so much fun.

You'd think this would be another game that was good to play with siblings you didn't like (like Crossfire), but I hated trying to play this game with the my brother. He cheated way worse than Mike. Once he started losing, he would do his best to hit me or shoot the balls into hard to reach places.

Red ball retrieval was the worst part about the game.

And playing it on the floor with my own black kitty was impossible. Playing on the table just makes the balls go even farther.

The solution of putting the cat outside the room is fine if you don't mind hearing "THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP" of the cat trying to break down the door all game long. (I love you kitty, but WTH?)

Like DragonStrike, I have no idea what happened to my copy of this game. :/

you coud use bands for breaces, i have a lot and there great for replacing those(warning bad spelling I now)

i played with lego too and i invented my own tactical combat games and rpgs with lego pieces when i was forbidden to play on my computer!
also i used to draw maps for my own rpgs when i couldnt play them on computer
