  1. Godzilla is the truth in this one!

  2. ddogg1 says:

ghidorah doesnt use his lighting power alot cause he has to earn it so he died once then he died twice (when he gets lighting ) and finally dies how the hel does that work

  3. A.Regular-Person says:

This is definitely Godzilla looking his best. And this is one of the few i’ve been able to watch completely, but alot of it’s still fuzzy. Baragon should definitely get some more apreciation. I personally thing, espescially in this movie, that he’s one of the coolest looking monsters their.

  4. Aosuke says:

This has to be one of my favorite Godzilla movies. I loved the new costume, I think the blank white eyes make him look sinister and threatening, which is what this movie needed. The special effects rocked, and the human side-story was tolerable (for a change).

  5. WatchmenFTW says:

This looks good, I’m glad the effects in the film have improved. I cannot say how much I love Ghidorah, he’s my favourite Godzilla monster.

Why can’t there be a film where it’s Godzilla, King Kong, Mothra, Rodan, Ghidorah, The Giant Claw, Gigan, Baragon, Anguirus, Godzilla Jr., Mechagodzilla, Biollante, Reptillicus, Mighty Joe Young and Jet Jaguar all having a battle together? That’d be the best movie monster clash ever.

  8. NinjaRyu says:

I bought the movie with Barugahn or what ever it is pronounced cause on the dvd was writen godzilla and pictures of godzilla were all over it and when I watched it I wonderd where the fuck godzilla was thex called Barugahn Godzilla all the time even it looks a shit like godzilla oh I hate the German market the call the movie godzilla yust to sell it better I guess no one would buy a film from a monster series that isnt nown so write on the name of something popular the most people now and here it is.

  9. Cinemassacrefan2 says:

That is the weirdest and longest title ever!

  10. Akatskimilan says:

The title is reminiscent of the old Japanese titles. From the 60′s and 70′s, most of them had crazy titles like this. Most of the English releases were just shortened to Godzilla vs (whoever).

One thing worth mentioning is the origin of this Godzilla. I am surprised it got brushed over. In this case, the Godzilla monster is revived by the concentration of the souls of everyone who died in the Pacific War (as in World War II). Yes, it includes the souls on both sides. This movie is actually a political statement. Its supposed to say “don’t forget about that war.” It has to deal with the concept of the “rewritten” history problems that Japan faced post-war. Basically, during the occupation years the Americans fracked up all of Japan’s history books to make America look good and make Japan look bad. This movie basically says “that’s bullshit.” Basically, what you end up with is a political statement about how propaganda hurts history even on both sides.
