If Toho and Legendary plans on remaking King Kong vs. Godzilla, than your dream remake might come true!

SPOLIER!!! King Kong wins…sorry, but i’ve seen the battle.

But yeah, a remake would be awesome, just so long as they don’t screw it up like King Kong’s remake and Godzilla’s remake.

not really, we do see king kong swimming torwards home or somewhere
but from the first movie, we know that godzilla doesn’t swim, he walks underneath the sea
so we can’t know if he lost, kong most likely needs air, so he swims, but godzilla just sinked at the bottom and started walking towards someplace

If King Kong vs Godzilla is remade, then Peter Jackson should direct, because of his awesome direction of the King Kong remake.

I thought Peter Jackson’s Kong was interesting, but pretty terrible. One of those classic examples of putting special effects before story.

To be honest, I really did enjoy the New King Kong; it might’ve been overdone but this is where story is well put with good CGI. I’m very picky about stories but the film explained itself well and so well shows on why there was sympathy for Kong, because also he acts and looks like a damn Gorilla. It was about CGI as well as much as Story and that there is a lot. The original is not always the best, and I agree with that  statement and say the newer was better.

Great transition between Kong stuffing a tree down Godzilla’s throat to the ”puppet fight”!

As a german fan of Godzilla and the Frankenstein Monster , I can assure you, over here noone really was disappointed when Frankenstein was removed from the film. The reason why the name “Frankenstein” has been put into the titles of german releases of those monster movies was just that the grampa-publishers actually thought that the stuff would sell better when it had a name of a monster in it that (they thought) was known to the german audience.
The crazy climax of that madness was when they titled the 1975 movie “Terror of Mechagodzilla” into “Die Brut des Teufels, Konga, Godzilla, King Kong” which translates as “The spawn of the devil, Konga, Godzilla, King Kong”. There is no devil in that movie, as is no King Kong, and what’s a “Konga”??? Funnily enough, in the movie itself, there was a Godzilla, a Titanosaurus and a Mechagodzilla. No King Kong, no Konga. Man, those publishers were on dangerous drugs, while drumming on a conga.

Godzilla The Return of the King Kong was the german name for this movie.

It’s a myth that these monsters were guys in rubber suits. Toho filmed real monsters fighting.

I watched this on TV hosted by Grandpa Munster, he helped spread the two ending rumor…I remember King Kong winning but I was and am a bigger Godzilla fan.
