Awesome hearing the star trek music through the whole thing..suddenly i thought i was watchin Kirk fighting a klingon, duh duh duh.. duh duh duh duh duh….haha
i never really watched star trek, but i really enjoy hearing james’ opinions on things. my favourite part is when spock talks about the dragon and james is like “thanks”, CLASSIC
I love Star Trek, great vid. Strategic Operations Simulator is a good game. “Star Trek 25th Anniversary” could have been a much better game, but you must know damn well that “Star Trek TNG” for the NES is a total piece of shit. Why not include that pile of defecation in your review? Anyways, love how you reference the episode “Arena”. Keep up the good work.
It is interesting to see that every minute of the day, whenever I go and watch one of your videos (which is everyday, watching dozens of replays) there’s at least always one person more watching it.
Keep this up James, I finally took a look at your monster madness videos/reviews and absolutely loved it. The horror genre just got a new fan thanks to you.
I never really got very much into it because of today’s horror movies, which are utter crap, in my opinion. But I will just keep rattling on, so, once more, thanks for everything you do on this website. You’re my idol.
They don’t time travel in “Piece of the Action” That episode involves a planet that adopted 1920′s earth culture. Time travel isn’t involved in any way.
On the ‘Star Trek: Strategic Operations Simulator’ the Ship clearly isn’t the Enterprise but a Nova-Class starship! It is funny how they evidently planned the entry of Nova years and years before the ship even made its debut in 1999! (and that is George Lucas)
Just Look at it!
Oh and Jymz? Stop saying nasty things like that or I’ll call your mom.
@Staarscommando What he means is they pulled a ‘George Lucas’ by changing something retroactively and claiming they planned it all along. Sort of like how every Zelda game takes place before the last like it was planned when they clearly make it up as they go.

And by the way… You should have said a one-liner before dematerialising that poor klingon. Now he will never have significant meaning in the history of Star Trek.
@AxleTheDark i think its a fuckin reference to star trek 3 or 4 where theres a wepon called genesis that turns dead non habitable planets into life and a livable planets. And the kilingons try to steal it from kirks son’s science team which created it
In Piece of the Action, the Enterprise does NOT go back in time to 1920′s Earth. They go to a planet where a society has been based on a book left behind by a previous landing party.
first time commentor on this site. I’ve been watching now for awhile and love it all. I’d like to contribute to the making of the movie, and I don’t mean 5 dollars. Reach out to me so we can talk.

It’s funny that I’m both watching this video and leaving a comment about it at this time. Because right now, I’m wearing my Star Trek gold T-shirt.
I enjoy the techno babbles in this episode. =D
I’ve played the Atari game online no too long ago, and I also find it pretty good for the time.
Man, that Genesis joke is 1,000,000 kinds of hilarious. This is one of the reasons why I’m so happy to be a nerd.
I never thought that an NES game would be so complicates, but Star Trek 25th Anniversary proved that wrong.
This episode is a trek load of fun. One of my favorites.

A+ for awkward fight choreography & editing. Bonus points for running into the wall.

George Lucas has nothing to do with Star Trek…..so why would you say that?

November 17, 2012 at 3:38 pm
The best part was when you fought the Klingon and just jump into the wall for no reason
December 12, 2012 at 4:48 pm
I love the Genesis joke. “Get off the grid.” You should do reviews on the new Star Trek movies?
December 21, 2012 at 3:24 am
