I wonder how come you didn’t include any of the fight scenes from his Rush Hour movies, or are you just into his earlier non-American movies? Either way, great list!

Great Top 10, Thanks James.
Just for nit-picking: According to wikipedia, Jackie Chan didn’t do ALL of his stunts by himself, even at his younger age, due to simple reasons of being indisposed (maybe injured?) or agenda problems. Some stunts also required stuntmen with special training, and sometimes he considered that a stunt would just look better on screen if a particular person would dot it instead of him.
But that of course does in no way decrease his fame. When it comes to realness he’s still the most badass action star, while showing off his great comic talent at the same time.

Although your statement may be correct, don’t always believe what you read in Wikipedia.

Dragon’s Forever is INSANE! You’re right! I went “OOOH!” when the guy fell onto the step and his whole body curled up with the force. Amazing.

Great video! I’ve seen several of Jackie’s older films already and hope to see more. Have you considered reviewing some of his movies?

Jackie Chan inspired me to be in the film industry. He taught me action scenes can be entertaining even on a low budget.
Visit G-Jays Productions for movie reviews of Jackie Chan’s Rush Hour and other martial arts movies.

I absolutely thought the Number One scene was going to be the warehouse fight scene from Rumble In The Bronx, because it wasn’t anywhere else in the list. I cannot believe it was left off… that is probably, to me, the best choreographed martial arts scene ever.

Bruce Lee may have kicked Chuck Norris’ ass once, but Jackie Chan kicks the whole fucking world’s ass routinely.
July 6, 2012 at 3:10 am
Actually, you know what? Jackie Chan doesn’t kick the whole world’s ass. He just plain kicks ass.
