Ceaser Romaro is the best Joker. I think all the 60's villains are the best, including the Riddler. I always fel bad for him because he seems so in control, then batman hands his ass to him on a platter. Even the joker is mean to him!

I am watching all your videos for past few days and all of them are great. English isn't my native language but still it hilarious and entertaining as hell. You are doing great job out there and you have +1 fan.

I never heard of most of these villains, but then again, I've never seen most of these films. Honestly, I couldn't choose a top villain, but my list of the 10 most baddest is:

T-800 (Terminator)
T-1000 (Terminator 2)
Joker (Batman)
Joker (The Dark Knight)
Darth Vader (Star Wars Episode III-VI)
Hugo Drax (Moonraker)

I would like to see a bond villian in the top 10 such as hugo drax, gustav greaves, sanchez, baron samedi, and of course blofeld.

I know this here is considered nit-picking, but I don't consider half of these guys to be too "bad ass". These are numbers ten, nine, three, two, and one.

Not that they don't throw their punches and talk some strong shit, but they just don't rub off on me as some mother fuckers with whom I shouldn't fuck (unless it's Clubber Lang, but he barks more than he bites). So for the hell of it, I'll just throw out five suggestions for the spots, though not necessarily in order:

The Captain and Father Alexander "the Paladin" Anderson (Hellsing Ultimate)
The Meth Barn Hillbillies (The Marine, with John Cena)
Raymond "the Carpenter" Calitri (Gone in 60 Seconds)

It's all relative to opinion I suppose, but Id have to disagree with almost the whole list, none of them strike me as all that bad. Most have a zero body count, and though crazy, I dont think most would qualify as really psychoticaly bad except Gozer, thats a definite badass.
Mind you if the list was meant as bad but not really evil, then she is the only one Id exclude.

You could argue that the "nice Biff" of 1985 is actually still bad, he just doesn't show it. That Biff was still bad indeed even though he couldn't show it. He grows up to be old Biff, still maintaining the same personality and has the sinister idea of stealing the Delorian (probably spelled that wrong), going back to his 1955 self (that was the year right?) and giving him the Sports Alminac that he found thrown out. That Biff was just afraid of George because of what happened in high school due to Marty's intervention, which is just my theory.

Don't be hating on Biff, James made a very good point, apart from old Biff no matter what period of time Marty travels through, Biff is an evil asshole.

My personal favourite would be the Kurgan from Highlander. But Schredder would be a nice addition too. Maybe even Darth Vader but episode 6 en especially the prequels ruined him for me.

I love you man, and this was great, but I think it's your quietest yet! Barely managed 10% of full volume, I really can't hear this on my laptop speakers, especially with roomba going around.

I've never seen anyone post about the volume of your videos, which surprises me, because generally people moan about some real trivial sh!t (maybe everyone else on here are using PC speakers??). But anyway your audio isn't even close to clipping, I really don't know why they're always so quiet?

If you record low and there's background static when you volume boost, just use a noise reduction effect after, or just try to use noise cancelling techniques during recording :)

The guy who plays Biff seems like he's actually a nice guy in real life from what I've seen in interviews. Crispin Glover and Christopher Lloyd are the ones you probably don't want to meet, ironically.

I'd say Roy Batty from Bladerunner is the ultimate baddest bad guy.

Hm. I think the point of this list was not to find the most badass villains, nor the most likable, but rather, the villains you enjoy hating. Biff is so easy to hate, isn't he? Always just a stupid dick. On the other hand, Vader is badass, so we all like him, and he's a bit tragic too, so we don't hate him for being bad.

I can see why some people don't really get these choices. These 'bad guys' are more close to the word 'bad' than 'evil' 'wicked' 'brutal' 'diabolical' etc. They are more 'villians' by the definiton of 'the main bad character' of the piece, rather than just being 'villains' with pure evilness as a character overall. Well, of course there are definately more widely known hardcore bad guys out there, but these characters are undoubtedly BAD.

Yeah james why isn't darth vader on there or scarecrow and why i said scarecrow is because on your bat-a-thon part 3 vid u said he was your fav villain but why not put scarecrow on there i like scarecrow to he's awesome but darth vader he's badass.

Why was Darth Vader not on this list? Why was Lex Luthor not on this list (Nuclear Man...really)? Where was Hannibal Lector? How about Bill from Kill Bill? I'll accept that you did this list for humor's sake, but some of the guys on this list could never be on a serious list of top ten bad guys.

James, I know this is strictly your opinion, but I think some of these villains aren't really THAT badass.
I mean, Caeser Romero's Joker was the campiest villain ever. I thought that you'd put Heath Ledger's Joker on here, or at least Jack Nicholson's Joker on here, but Romero? That's really suprising.
Also, Nuclear Man from Superman 4 isn't really that badass either. I mean, if any villain from the Superman films was to be on this list, I thought you would've put General Zod or Lex Luthor...maybe not Lex Luthor actually.

Awesome picks. I like how you managed to keep them all similarly themed. With so many types of badass bad guys it had to be hard to narrow the list without jumping all over the place. Your knowledge of movies and games never ceases to amaze, James. One day, if you haven't already, it would be awesome for you to have a meet-and-greet, you have to be one hell of a guy to spend an afternoon with. A true icon for all us nerds.

I think i agree with him about biff. Hes honestly one of the baddest badguys thought up. you just love to hate him.

I can still think of one bad guy who tops all of these: Kurgan from Highlander. Just listen to his voice, and the way he laughs! And the scene where he threatens the guy at the hotel: "Don't ever speak to me again. Do you understand?" You don't fuck with that! Then there's the part after he kills Castigier, where he steals that old couple's car; he slices off the top with his sword, grabs the old man by the collar and throws him out, and then gets in, heckles the old lady, and takes off driving like a madman! He's awesome!
