  They absolutely fucked up the plot of the doom movie, the game series was about DEMONS FROM HELL, the movie was about A VIRUS DERIVED FROM A MARTIAN CHROMOSOME, that what is shit about the doom movie.

  I agree, Doom was a let down for me. Demons from hell? Don’t think so. Some lab experiment gone bad is all… Like resident evil’s lab experiment gone bad… the capsule holding the virus broke and it spread… boring… Its been done before–then doom had to simplifies it and go with the RE approach… SIGH

  Actually, the name of the weapon stands for “Blast Field Gun”, which is adequate considering it’s large effect radius. Also: IDDQD = immortality, and IDKFA for all weps
